Since lockdown started, have you had more ups in your relationship or more downs?

The pandemic has been difficult for so many relationships and difficulty is absolutely expected! Relationship nerds have reached out to us and told us that boundaries at all levels have been blurred, anxiety and stress is high, and work/family/life dynamics have changed in a matter of days, and not just in the short-term.

Mismanaging this transition can increase fighting, stagnation, and drifting and reduce teamwork, intimacy, and effective communication in even the best couples.

For some couples, it’s illuminated that it’s the right time to split.

For other couples, like you if you’re reading this, you’re looking to grow from relationship lockdown problems.

That’s where this free video training, for conscious relationships, comes in!

This free training is all about conscious approaches to living and growing together even during lockdown

In this fun and insightful interview, our friends from @_CouplesConnect_ ask us about the importance of self-growth to build relationships, love, and/or marriages in 2020/2021.

You don't want to miss the gems that were dropped in this conversation!

@4:41 min: Why you should create agreements around personal time and relationship time.

@ 7:30 min: Why couples should aim to be 2 wholes sharing 1 path, instead of acting as 2 halves of a whole.

@16:21 min: How lockdown can put us in the same space but make us still feel disconnected… and how to grow stronger.

@ 22:26 min: Why we need to rethink communication, especially to prevent conflict.

@ 24 min: Breaking down little known insights about managing conflict, with examples that you can put into practice and relate to.

@30:34 min: How to stay calm during conflict so that you don't make "permanent decisions based on temporary emotions."

@36:52 min: Why you should become self-aware of the "baggage" and life histories you bring into the relationship and how to change despite the past models you're used to.

When you begin to learn to have conscious conflict, your relationship can become a space for growth instead of a source of drama.

But don’t take our word for it, check out what one of our relationship nerds from our community said about the free training. 👇👇👇
